As an EMS Instructor with 7 years of experience, Sabrina excels in providing specialized EMS training for athletes, including baseball players, tennis players, and golfers. Based in Austin, TX, Sabrina combines her extensive background in Hatha, Bikram, Iyengar, and Postnatal yoga with a strong emphasis on body alignment, mindful movement, and breathing techniques.

Sabrina also offers customized EMS programs for plus-size individuals, focusing on supportive and effective training tailored to individual needs. Additionally, her EMS programs for postnatal clients emphasize pelvic floor recovery, diastasis recti, and effective breathing strategies. WHAT IS EMS (Electro Muscular Stimulation)

  • Electrical Impulses: The vest and straps connect to an EMS machine via slim wire cables, delivering harmless and painless electrical impulses.

First Session (1 hour):

  • Introduction to equipment and attire (purchase available)

  • Baseline assessment of strength, toning, and flexibility

Subsequent Sessions (45 minutes)
